Meet the team

Aileen Latcham

CEO. Editor-In-Chief.

Aileen has a BS in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas at Austin. After working in commercial editing in Los Angeles for a few years and writing after hours, Aileen decided to leave the industry to dedicate more time to learning the craft. She went on to earn her MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. Seeing the growing opportunities in niche publishing, she founded Ink Monster in 2013. Since then, she’s hit the USA Today Best-Selling list twice, and has moved nearly four hundred thousand books in her Alpha Girl series.

Lola Dodge

Managing Editor.

Lola is a compulsive traveler, baker, and procrastinator. She earned her BA in English from Stonehill College and MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University—and hasn’t stopped moving since. When she’s not on the road, Lola spends her time indoors where the sunlight can’t melt her, writing or bingeing on anime and cherry soda. She can be summoned in a ritual involving curry, Hello Kitty idols, and a solid chocolate pentagram.

As a horror writer and book addict, Michelle offers a unique perspective on the current trends in the industry.
